Decedent was murdered. A home employee pled guilty as an accessory. The employee claimed decedent’s current wife, stepmother to his children, was part of the scheme to kill decedent. The stepmother had also allegedly convinced decedent to change his will and had been stealing money. His children sued. Jurors awarded nearly $200 million.
